Stylit (“Stylit,” “we,” “us”) is an app that lets you try on outfits on a photo of yourself using AI, operated by Fair Tower Consulting. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

01Data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to generate outfit try-ons, sell subscriptions, and keep the app working.

Device dataDevice type, OS version, app versionCollected automatically for crash reporting and compatibility

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or contact details to use the core features of the app.

02How your photos are used

When you take or upload a full-body photo, it is processed by our AI image pipeline to generate a composited image of you wearing a selected outfit, matched with relevant products.

Generated results are cached temporarily on our server so identical requests don’t need to be reprocessed. Your photos are not used to train AI models and are not sold to advertisers.

03Third parties we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app — including image processing, payments and subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising measurement — each bound by their own privacy and security terms and permitted to use your data only to provide their service to us.

For advertising measurement we use Kochava, a mobile measurement provider. Kochava receives limited information from the app (such as your device identifiers, the ad or link that led to your install, and whether you complete onboarding or subscribe) and may pass the results to the ad platforms we advertise on, such as Meta, TikTok and Impact.com, so we can see which ads work.

We do not share your photos with data brokers or advertisers.

04Ad measurement (Do Not Sell or Share)

Sharing the advertising measurement data described above may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information under some laws, including California’s privacy law. You can opt out at any time:

  • In the app (United States): open Profile, then Legal, then Ad measurement, and switch it to Off. This stops the app from sending advertising measurement data to Kochava from then on. It does not delete data already sent.
  • On your iPhone: when the app asks to track you, you can choose Ask App Not to Track. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • By email: write to us at the address below to request that we stop, or to ask for your data to be deleted.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Use any of the options above to make this request. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 16.

05Data retention

Generated try-on results are cached briefly on our servers to speed up repeat requests, then deleted. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed to debug issues and understand app usage, and is periodically purged. Subscription records are retained as required by the App Store and applicable tax and accounting law.

06Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Because the app does not require an account, most of your data lives locally on your device — you can remove it at any time by deleting the app.

To request deletion of any data we hold on our servers, or to ask questions about your data, contact us using the details below.

07Children’s privacy

Stylit is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

08Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect data as it moves between the app and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
